Default New Paint for Wheels....Help me out Guys!

Hey Guys, currently, I have 17x9 +30 Rota Torque R's with 245/40 RE-01R's. They are FRSB from Suby Dude. I forgot to tell the shop that mounted/balanced/fitted them to NOT put in the center caps, and after, when I took them off, I realized when they put them in, they were pretty aggressive, so some paint was chipped off on all 4 wheels. I am also growing bored of the color lol. Here are a couple pictures.

I want to do a custom color. I don't want White, Grey, Black and have it plain. I want something nice, but nothing ricey either like pink or orange (no offense TimeAtk LOL). I was going to do this the proper way since rattle cans seem a little cheap. Also, I'm not doing powdercoated, I am going to search around for a friend with a paint gun and see if he can mix colors for me customly and come up with something.

I was thinking of a dark green. Something that appears BLACK, but in direct sunlight and up close, it has shades of pearl green, or teal. Somewhat like JBP. Not in direct sun, it's black, but when your in sun and look in angles, it has shades of gold. There is a website that sells tons of these pearl pigments to mix with colors or clear, so I'm not sure what I want to do. Olive green? Flat or Clear? Teal? Black with teal/green/blue glitter? With Pearl? I have NO idea. I have red lugs and horns BTW, I am willing to sell red lugs and buy BLACK and paint the horns, so LET ME KNOW PEEPS!

Here are a couple of pictures.
John

Here is a picture of the glitter that I would put in say some BLACK paint and mix it, or add it in the clear and paint OVER the black base...not sure.
