Default Tranny + Diff Fluids

I'm thinking about changind my tranny and diff fluids. Not to a synthetic, just to the same stuff again. Can I pick something decent up from like Advanced Auto or a CAP or one of those ghetto car stores? What would you reccomend?

I went to a dealer, and said "Gimme whatever you use" and I got some OTC stuff like castrol or something.
