Default how much coolant will be lost with removal of upper hose?

I bought a while ago a radiator hose set up from ebay. and they suck at sealing, even with super screw down clamps, I seem to be getting a minorr leak. never again.
The lower hose seems to be doing alright. So I dont want to replace it or else I wouldnt ask this question, even tho I should just replace them and be done with it. But those coolant prices are like gold

Anyone know how much coolant Im going to lose by removing that top hose and replacing it relatively quickly?
Im thinking not a lot.
Ive got a full jug of coolant so Im not worried about losing some

Likely about a quart, maybe a little less. Just do it with a cold engine.
