Default Which pin to ground e-brake on 2008 Nav?

Anyone found the best way to ground the e-brake line going to the 2008 nav system, so that your passenger can use it while the car is moving?

Is the back of the head unit the best place, or does it tap the e-brake line under the boot/console somewhere?

Serendipity, have you completed this mod? I was wanting to do the same thing since my wife is aggrevated she cannot enter destinations while we are moving.

Default Navigatin Input and DVD/Video Now Work While Driving!!

I too have done this and am verry happy with grounding that grey-ish wire. I set it up so the E-Brake light is not stuck on like some of the other installs!! This is all super easy, check out my info with pics on how I did it here:
