Default 2004 XT broken rod

I have a 2004 XT that broke a rod. I love the car but am not sure what to do. I pulled the engine out of it and took it apart. I was expecting it to be a lot worse inside the block. Looks like the rod came around once and did very minimal damage to the block. Do you guys/gals out there think I should chance it and reuse this block or not?? Thanks!

You have to take measurements with proper tools. Its not a "what do you think" question.

If there are witness marks inside the block showing where the rod battered it, I wouldn't chance it. YMMV.
