Default Target boost vs Manifold relative pressure discrepancies

02 wrx logging with tactrix.
Logging target boost (psi relative to sea level) and Manifold Relative Pressure (psi relative to sea level).

There is a large discrepancy at vacuum, for example:.
target at idle log is -.93
Manifold log reads -6.79 to -7.79
Is this indicating a problem, or am I not quite understanding this?

Vacuum results from the mechanical principles of the engine and atmosphere pressure, its not controlled by the ECU such as boost. No issues there, other than your vacuum may be low, depending on where you live and whats done to the engine.
