Default Gauging interest on a Legacy FIA GN spec roll cage kit group buy.

Hi all,

We have a first gen Lagacy cage kit available from Custom Cages in the UK. I may be putting together a group buy on this kit if there is enough interest.

Maybe you guys could spread the word for me to legacy world?

Details:
FIA Group N spec multi-point roll cage kit.
All FIA Homoligation (like a certification) paper work is included.
This is a weld-in kit and would need installation.
ALL material needed for the install is included.
Should look like this

The price would be under $800.00 USD including shipping to the lower 48 if we could get at least five.

These are sitting on a shelf in the UK waiting to ship...

Any interest out there?

Best regards,

Charles

Actual pictures of the cage? Any more info on them? Are there other cages available?

I might be interested.

The cage should easily fit in a wagon.

This is currently the only cage we at Safe Drives have available for the Legacy. But it's a good'un!

I really don't have any more info on this cage other than it's a super solid piece. Fully engineered, CAD designed and FIA spec.

Anyone else seriously interested?

You'll probably get more responses posting this on http://bbs.legacycentral.org There's been two topics already linked there, so there's some interest.

Interested. What method of payment do you favor? Cost if we don't reach the magic number of five?

Thanks,
Jason

Five as we stated above would be less than $800 per if we can get five. BUT if you just want one then the price is $900 shipped to the lower 48.

That price includes the certificate.

We take visa and MC(through Verisign) or mail a payment as cashiers check.

Please send a PM, call toll free at 877-739-1713 or email us at [email protected] if interested.

I'm in... As long as this cage would be legal for Club rallying in? I'm pretty confused about all the rules and stuff. Especially sense it went from Scca to NWRC or something in the western reagion... Anyone know?

This cage would be legal for all of the North American rally series (i.e. NASA/CARS/Rally America/and the FIA).

The cage will need professional installation and welding to be considered legal in those series and for the vehicle to be issued a log book.

The Rally America 2005 Rule book (as well as CARS and the FIA and NASA Rally sport) is available at our website under the links page towards the bottom of that links page. http://safedrives.com/links.htm

The cage kit makes any roll cage installation much easier for the installer. All of the pieces are pre-cut and bent meaning that the installer has just the final fitment and welding to do. I want to re-iterate that this is not a bolt in kit.
