Default what will my final drive and power be like with this combo?

alright I have a stage 2 car running on the stock trans and tires. but here in the next two month Iíll becoming into some ebay money and my tax return I want to up-grade my car a bit more in the gearing rather than the motor aspect. now my plan is to keep the stock rims and up-grade to some 215/45-16 falken azenis. the stock tire has a rotating diameter of 24.9 inches and the falken in 23.6, so the smaller tire diameter would make the wheel spin faster this upping my gearing right? and on top of that Iím switching to the V6 RA gears backed by a ACT stage 2 clutch and 14 pound flywheel. Iím thinking it's going to be a pretty decent increase in a broadened power band. I will list my power mods below plus a list of my new parts to add. thanks very much, Justin.

power mods:
ECUtech stage 2 reflash from PDX tuning
Helix downpipe coated in 2500 jet-hot
Helix up-pipe coated in 2500 jet-hot
Gruppe-s header coated in 2500 jet-hot
Blitz Nur-spec cat-back
Ported & polished stock TD04
Ported & polished throttle body
Perrin intercooler hoses
Perrin turbo inlet
Perrin lighted crank pully
Blitz SUS filter

ACT stage 2 clutch

You would have an apparent final drive of 4.11 vs the factory 3.90. This equates to 5% faster acceleration than a suitably equipped 3.90 car. Your speedometer will be off too, but I'm sure you know this.
