Default How do I install my polyurethane lip onto my 06 STI?

I just got a chargespeed replica polyurethane lip; I see it has 4 brackets along the lip as well as a strip of adhesive tape. My question is, the openings for the screws on the brackets included with the lip have huge diameters that would require very very large screws.

The 2nd thing Im confused about are the location of these brackets; they seem to line up with the plastic pins on the under side of the front bumper.

Finally, since the lip is polyurethane and the bumper is plastic, what sort of screws do I need?

Any help (especially with pictures!) would be appreciated!

i would assume the large holes on the brackets are made for the clips you see underneith the bumper.. tape is probably for the parts where you cannot put a clip/screw ..

On the 05, there are four 10mm bolts that hold the STi splitters on that you undo and attach to the lip, then you have another two holes where you reuse the plastic clips, then there are three holes in the center that I just used zipties for but you could use extra clips or tape I guess. Not sure if this helps.

It does; thanks; you use the existing plastic clips, and then some people drill extra holes, which I think I will do.

If anyone has drilled holes, can you post pictures and let me know what type of screws you used? thanks
