Default Locked out during cold weather

Long story short when itís cold out, less than 50 degrees Iím locked out of all gears. I have to wait until the car is warmed up before I can get into gear.

Replaced parts:
Slave
Master
Clutch fluid
Trans fluid

Engine and clutch were replaced this past spring. Clutch pedal has been adjusted, that helped but didnít fix the issue. When trying to get into gear the car rolls forward a tiny bit. That leads me to believe the clutch isnít disengaging. Iíve taken the car to IAG and both of us are at a loss. Itís just so weird itís weather dependent.

Stage 3 comp clutch
Fully built hybrid
Sti 6 speed

Please help!

Iím having a similar issue. Very difficult getting out of neutral, and it has pretty much occurred since it only began getting cold out. Removed the delay valve in the slave, Changed the fluid and completely cleaned out the slave, Res. And lines.
Also driving a 2014 WRX hybrid sedan, with non dccd Jdm STI tranny, and fully built short block. Also running clutch masters stage 3 which was also set up in the late summer. Was wondering if an adjustment might fix the issue.

My 6-speed can be a little cranky. Just lately I've found what seems to be a solution for the cold weather. This can be done with less than a minute of warm-up. I also have the JDM non-dccd tranny.

When the car isn't fully warmed up, it idles at about 1500rpm. Very reluctant, sometimes outright refusal to go into gear at this rpm. But if I blip the throttle just a bit it will slow down to 500-700rpm, and from then I can do the old put it into 2nd-gear synchro alignment -- from there it will go into any gear I want, albeit a touch stiffly, but quite reasonable. Maybe this will help.

Thanks a lot Dave. Iíll give it a try. I thought it was just my tranny. Glad to hear you have similar feel when shifting. It makes me wish I had a Honda transmission on there. This Non dccd is VERY stiff. I thought it might be broken or damaged.
