Default Swapping Vishu Flashed ECU w/ stock ECU

About to buy a stock 05 wrx ECU flashed with Vishnu software (http://www.vishnutuning.com/wrx_stage0_v265.htm).

Seller claims that it will "learn" (atleast somewhat) my mods (CB, snorkus delete w/ perrin filter, 50/50 BOV) and adjust accordingly to give me a good tune (i.e., it is a "universal" tune and I dont need to take it to a shop to have it protuned).

Is this info correct? Can I swap an already flashed stock ECU to my car and run it safely while still adding mods occasionally? Im getting it for a good deal and as long as its safe it seems like a good investment, as I dont have the $4-500 for an AP or protune.

The seller claims the previous user bought it and used it, then the seller swapped his ECU for it and it worked fine.

Also, how hard is it to remove/install the actual ECU?

From what I can tell that Vishnu flash is for otherwise stock cars. So if your car is not stock then you need to call Vishnu and see if it would be safe for you to run. With nothing but the mods you stated it sounds to me like you may be OK, but you wanna check with them to make sure. If you do any more mods (especially the downpipe) over what you have now then you probably would not be OK running that map so don't think you can get it and keep modding.
