![]() I took my ‘19 wrx in for its first dealer servicing today (7k miles. I had the oil changed at a local shop at 1k miles.)
Later in the day I noticed that the startup sequence on the triple gauge cluster is different. It now shows a green “loading” bar on the bottom and 4 icons on top: a mechanics wrench, a wheel, and 2 others. The icons turn green as the line progresses. As soon as it “loads” all the way it displays the normal series of gauges. Is this normal? I’m not sure if the dealership made a software modification/update, or if maybe they didn’t reset something when they were servicing it. Nothing on the post-servicing paperwork indicates any software changes. I have no idea... Anyone else notice this? Other than that the car starts and runs fine. My dealership isn’t exactly close and I don’t want to drive all they way back if I don’t have to.

![]() No worries, that shows up then services reminders are set on the multi function display, you can go into the menu and find maintenance and turn it back off.
I'm semi-surprised they went through and took the time to set the reminders. |

![]() Looks like you could set your own schedule.
Wonder what happens if you set a mileage interval and no date/time interval, or you don't set all four. Norm |

![]() Good to know, thanks for the responses.
Do you reset them through the toggle switch on the center of the dash? |

![]() Page 3-46 in the Owner Manual shows the control switch. 3-52, -53, -48, and -59 are probably the pages of interest for this maintenance stuff.
