Default CNT Racing Axleback

Hey Guys, so I’m gunna pick up an axle-back for my ‘18 wrx. I am looking for burnt tips but i belive nameless is only one to offer them and they are muffler deletes, and 3 in tips. I wanted at least 3.5 in tips, burnt tips, have a muffler. I just came across these today. Does anyone have any experience with these or have any thoughts?! Thanks in advance!

ETS also has muffled axlebacks with 3.5" tips (burnt or polished)

I saw those as well, they look awesome, and sound mean. I feel like that much to spend on an axle back is a little much. Any idea on the drone for the ETS w muffler?

Any experiences with the CNT?

I have the ETS setup and on the highway you can hear the exhaust but it's not drone. to me with drone you can feel the vibrations too. i quieted it down using an STI mid pipe with resonator and that completely killed the "drone" but also took the edge out of the sound too. good tone but milder and doesn't bark when you first get on it like it did without the resonator.

no experience with the cnt. I get what you mean about paying that much for the ets though. i got mine used for the same price as the new cnt's so it was a good deal.

Ok cool, thanks for the info! I love the ets, gunna look for them used for a while. I’m hesitant on the CNT because lack of sound clips and people’s experiences, haven’t been able to read much on users thoughts on if it drones.

I had the ets for a few weeks then finished out the catback. I love the ETS. I was in the same boat as you and I dont regret it. They both checked all boxes I was looking at but in the end got a solid deal on the ETS. Burnt tips fyi dont stay pretty for to long that's the only thing I dont like. Have to polish them up to show the blue.

Ok cool! How is the drone? I’m currently stock and will be besides the ABE for a while. Trying to compare the drone to the 4/5 in muffler nameless

Not noticeable. My wife and two kids ride in it all the time dont hear any complaints. Nice pop and crackle on the 4-3 and 3-2 downshift.

Ok awesome, I’m leaning towards the ets. That’s the only thing that was holding me back was how bad drone was and if it was obnoxious.
