I wanted to share an experience with the forum that I had recently.

The rep @ Perrin (I do not like naming names online) I think literally bent over backwards for my problem. The kicker is that it was not an issue they created and I simply called them because of a posting about the 2015 sti changed ignition maps that I had read that they had posted.

Anyway.. I called there and explained that if possible some further information on the article would be great. The conversation merged into the 08+ fuel issue and when I looked down at my phone, 45 mins had gone by. I was never pushed into buying anything and he knew what he was talking about way beyond a professional level. The rep simply wanted to help out with my problem. Period. Also, 20 mins later I got an email with all the requested information and more!

It is rare that I come across such outstanding customer service these days and when I do, I feel it is the right thing to let others know about it. Too often people going the extra mile is overlooked.

Kudos to you Perrin. You have a customer for life!

My first time ever buying from Perrin and I have to say their customer service is outstanding. Very impressed! I purchased a 3" shorty antenna for my 2011 WRX. Installation was easy and the product is A+. From the time of purchase to shipping, all the email notifications by them was superb. I was updated on every single part of the process. There was no delay in shipping at all. I placed my order on the 16th, shipped out on the 17th, and received on the 20th. I definitely recommend this company and I have a list put together of other products I will be purchasing.

I want to start out by saying that I work in Retail and for me good Customer Service is really what sets a Brand/Company apart from the rest.

I am in the process of installing my TGV's (deleted), freshly flow tested injectors and a silicone inlet onto my WRX when I managed to drop and lose one of the phenolic spacers for my Perrin fuel rails. I called Perrin and got put in touch with Chris to help me sort out what I needed. He's a really great guy who was able to quickly find what parts I needed and even help get some others things I needing as well. We chatted a bit about our cars and by the time I hung up the phone with him I had already received my invoice. It was an awesome experience and I will continue to support Perrin because they continue to support our Community!
