Rob owes me 500 also, I have already contacted the Princton Police. They should give this guy what he deserves for doing this to all of us. I'll make sure he knows that its just not a few people either, he has scammed quite a few of us.

So he's been ignoring me. I've found out some info on where he is at in Princeton, WV. I'm planning on making a trip there very soon, its not far away from me, this guy constantly ignores me on purpose and its ticked me off.

For anyone that wants to know,


look up rock river road, rock wv on google maps, and follow the directions below.


start where Wright mountain rd and rock river road meet, follow rock river road east till you see the red roof with a trailer and a pond behind it. That red roof is on the CSS performance shop. its right after the last D in the second rock river road.

I was at one point considering ordering from these guys, and i'm super glad i didn't, but needless to say this is starting to get exciting. torkeh, i feel like you need to print off that map, slap it up on a whiteboard and get together with everyone else that was screwed over and plan a tactical assault. Could possibly turn into the greatest subie meet of all time, you could even print off some sweet shirts. Just make sure not to go to CSS printing company, i hear they like to screw people.

Default CSS Strikes AGAIN

Hello Everyone:

I am posting only in regards to CSS. I would also like to express my frustration in dealing with this organizaiton. It was a nightmare. We ended up sitting in this Rob's driveway for 5 hours in order to get our money, $420.00 back. This whole experience was terrible. He would not answer our phone calls and we could not leave a message because his voice mail box was full. He would only respond to text messages but this was only on a good day. All we wanted was the parts we purchased or a refund and we would go on our merry way!

It was one excuse after another! Everything from the Fed EX driver was carrying around the part, he just missed the Fed EX closing, an employee was carrying around the part in his car, he wasn't available for us to come over. Also, during this time he had a friend that passed and oral surgery, so we did allow for time to be with friends and recover....but again, he made NO attempt to make contact with us. Our vacation, July 4th, was completely consumed with trying to make contact with Rob after we had scheduled an appointment to once again pick up the exhaust system. Once again, we would make an appointment and then at the last minute be would cancel. Since we purchased this for my son's graduation present...we were very upset that we could not get a simple part in.

After about a month of trying to get the exhaust system we made an appointment to pick up the part; in which he was going to install because of all the trouble....needless to say NO EXHAUST SYSTEM, Therefore, to make my son feel warm and fuzzy he installed a short ram intake and called it a graduation present. We did not ask for this nor did we expect it! In fact, we told him that all we were only interested in receiving what we paid for and nothing more!

After about another month and a half we finally decided to start aggressively contacting Rob. Needless to say, it was a lot of work and very time consuming! We contacted him everyday 2- 6 times a day and documented everything in preparation for court. He promised us the part and return of the money for all the trouble. We only wanted the part! No more extra's or empty promises! As I said, we finally received our money last night after 5 hours of sitting in Rob's driveway, and getting home at 5:00 a.m. we can now close this nightmare chapter!

So, beware in dealing with this company! Frankly, I would have rather purchase beach front property in AZ than deal with this company again! Read the internet postings! Based on our experiences with him they are true!
