Hey css dont mean to complain this is the 3rd pm and 4th e-mail still no answer. STEALTH FMIC PAID FOR THIS ITEM THE 19TH OF FEB YOU GUYS TOLD ME YOU WHERE SHIPPING LAST FRIDAY WERE IS MY KIT I LIVE IN OHIO SHOULD TAKE ABOUT 3 DAYS MAX. I WAS TOLD 2 DAY SHIPPING FOR MY INCONVENIENCE MY CAR WAS GETTING TUNED 3-08 NOT NO MORE. The red couplers right? I shipped the kit today. I had to ship it with one blue coupler due to not getting the red elbow from atp in time. ATP is in cali and I had to wait for them to ship us the couplers. Check your tracking info tomorrow and it will show moving. When the red elbow comes in I will ship it to you and you can keep the blue elbow for a spare if you need it. I didnt get the emails so I am sorry for the late response.

Still waiting for the TB coupler, and possibly a better Y-pipe that doesn't look like a dog chewed on the inside of the flanges? CSS, let me know.

Hey,

I finally got a PM back saying that they will ship the kit and that they would send me a tracking number. But guess what? They didn't send me any information. I haven't received a PM nor an email. Don't post a reply back saying "check your email" or "check your PM" unless you are sure I have it.

CSS took my paypal payment over a week ago and I still haven't received a tracking number. I think I've been really patient, but this is unacceptable customer service. I can understand that you guys are busy and that there are back orders, but c'mon???

Since Sti4bao posted his story, I decided to post mine too.

After a few emails with Chris from CSS Performance here is what he emailed me:

We can still do this. If you would like, please send us a PayPal payment
for $500 to [email protected]. IMPORTANT: In the comments, please
type "FMIC KIT - OK PER CHRIS".
Rob (the owner) just got a shipment in and has been shipping FMIC kits
out. We will send you a shipping confirmation asap if you plan to order.

I waited and waited, emailed CSS Performance dozens of times. I dealt with Chris and had no luck and that's when I decided to PM them on Nasioc and replied to this post.

Finally someone responded to the PM from CSS Performance telling me:

Yes, you did get a response. I even reverified my shipping info so that we wouldn't get anymore delays regarding shipping to wrong address etc, etc.

CSS this is ryan gray still no info on my kit alot of people are bit***ng about you guys looks like no one is getting there kits i am very patient but now i am getting pissed. Please dont blow smoke up my ass anymore i need my kit so i have my car. I already canceled my appointment to get tuned now i have to wait 2 weeks with no fu***ng wheels thats if this kit comes in that time frame. Its been almost a month get with the program or your going to get a bad name no one whats to see that. I would like a phone number for you guys so i no what the hell is going on Thanks alot Ryan Gray

Guess what??? You guys didn't send me any emails last night, just as you had promised. Of course I'm not surprised since this has been the case from the start. So what's the excuse now? Are you gonna tell me to check my email cuz you guys did send it out and that UPS has it and that I should have received an email? Sorry for the sarcasm, but I'm just annoyed and upset now, if you can imagine.

Honestly, I'm really disappointed and I just want this to be over with, so please send the f****** kit and let's be done with each other. You have my money, but I don't have anything, not even a little tracking confirmation email.

thanks Scoobydude, I'm pretty sure you're right, but I would like to hear this from them. All I'm asking for is an email or PM or any type of response giving me a shipping tracking number.

Them telling me that they are "going" to ship is not good enough. I need proof that they did. So until I receive that shipping tracking number I can't help but doubt their reliability as a vendor.

I am having it drop shipped to you directly from ATP turbo since being a middle man will just make the process longer. I included the 2 missing red couplers in blue but the reds are on order. thanks RYAN

Angry CSS performance

I have purchased a FMIC from CSS Performance in december and have still not received it or a refund which I have asked for, and no response to the last couple emails I have sent them. Does anyone know where they are located or an address of phone number (area code too)? I need to get intouch with them. I am also telling everyone that reads this to not deal with them. They have horrible customer service, making excuses about everything they can.

First you need to get your facts straight. You ordered that cooler off of ebay right???? I had a guy selling my products on ebay. Under your line of thinking if somebody sold you a perrin fmic kit and didnt ship it then would you start a thread saying "dont buy from perrin" That doesnt even make any sense???

You sent me a pm, I offered to ship you a kit and eat the cost to make up for the that guy not shipping the item that he told me was shipped, and from now on we can resolve this through PMs.

And by the way you never emailed us, our website is easy to find and had contact info on it. If you were sending email to the old yahoo account it would not have been checked since probably early Feb since we have our own email now.

This is what keeps me from getting orders out on time....Dealing with this stuff.

My bad, Im sorry I am just a little fired up over the whole ordeal. I meant to lash on the that particular distributor. not CSS performance! You guys at CSS actually are decent and nice people! I would definitely do business with you again pending on the product when it arrives, but i am pretty pleased thus far with our communication! again, I am sorry for blaming CSS Performance for someone elses mistakes!
