I am sorry for the response as well. Like I said I have been up for 30 hours and have about a gallon of urethane in my lungs from coating pipes. Like I said I(well actually a private broker) just dropped almost 60k on intercoolers for the summer season so there will be no more backorders. I really dont need any undue negative publicity when Im sitting on that kind of inventory. Sorry again for the lash out.

Yes, well I found out from CSS Performance's head man that it was a problem with one of his distributors and not actually CSS. sO naturally I cannot blame CSS for someone elses mistake. Rob is actually extremely helpful! will definitely do business again with him.

Im sure you will because I am sending you a 50.00 e-certificate with the kit for your patience. That kid was selling for me on ebay and got a new job and I stopped selling on ebay due to not wanting to associate my brand with ebay. He informed me that all the orders were filled and chances are he thought they were. Thanks again for being so cool

it seems although people have problems with CSS they are really trying and are having a bit of trouble meeting new demands on their products. They have resolved every person's problem on here that have had a problem, and i think thats worth noting.

I wish you guys were around when i was in the market for a fmic. cause i was basically gambling with ssac's product not knowing what my kit would come with and buying spare parts to make it work

I'm getting confused? You emailed me saying that UPS cannot deliver to my address. Then you post on here that they will and that you would be getting me a tracking number.

So, I waited all day Friday and over the weekend in the hopes that this time you guys would keep your word and either email me or PM with the tracking number??? I have not received an email nor PM from you guys. So what's going on??? Where is my tracking number??? Please email it to me...email address [email protected], just in case you guys don't remember.

Great news!

Rob JUST called me as I posted that last messege up.

So like I said in a few posts above, Rob got stranded in Mass. Turns out he was at a automotive store and some jerk backed right into him. He was parked backed in and apparently it did about 9k worth of damage. He's able to drive but is unsure if it will make it back to West Virginia (5 hour trip).

We will have pictures posted of his accident when he sends them to me.

Here's the downlow:

All black TMIC group buy kits have been painted and are ready to ship. Problem is Rob can't ship them since he's not at home.

The last 10 TMIC GB kits (polished) are actually coming to moi in Cali. I should be getting them anytime inbetween today and this thursday.

FMIC Kits! He has a few orders ready to go, but has to re organize everything the day he gets back so we will work like mad men to get everything straight.

Thanks,

Chris @ CSS Performance

Chris,

You still have not gotten back to me? I'm still waiting for a response regarding a tracking number? Seems like you guys have answered everyone except for me. I have sent you an email and a PM and I haven't gotten a reply. What is going on besides Rob getting into an accident? I've been waiting for over a month now and still have not gotten a straight answer from you guys. I'll make it real simple:

1) Email me with a tracking number ([email protected]) or
2) Give me a refund!!!

+1 i have waited way over a month including having to reschedule a couple of tunes... Rob told me on WED night that he is going to ship a a Stealth Black TMIC overnight the next morning. This means it should have gotten to me on Friday. I waited Friday and Saturday and recieved nothing. I emaled Rob back saturday night and he said he was in an accident but he did sent out my tmic overnight and i should be getting it monday for sure... Well its now tuesday and still no kit. I told Rob i have a tune on Friday and i rather not reschedule for the third time.

doesn't seem like ccs is getting with the program.. you guys need to report them if they are giving you that much grief after you've sent payment.. they're in violation of vendor rules as items "MUST BE IN STOCK" according to nick

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...03&postcount=1

that means no drop shipping

Hey bug eye wrx, I feel you. Honestly though, at least they're responding to you and keeping some form of communication. For me it feels as though they took my money and left me hanging. I barely receive emails or PM's from them. Just to see if they're reading my PM's I've been tracking them. The last PM I sent couple days ago, still have not been read. The only response I'm getting back from them is through this forum. And if you wanna go back and check they've repeatedly said that they would be getting a shipping tracking number for me, which they still haven't. So lets hope that they have some good news for us.
