Hate that it had to come to this, but this thread seems to be the only way to get stuff done. We ordered a hydramist, that was "in-stock" at element, it has now been 3 months and we still have no product. We call constantly call to get updates and the response is always "it will be in at the end of the week". We called W1 two weeks ago (on monday) and spoke with garret he assured us it would be in at the end of the week, or tuesday at the latest. We told Garret that if the part did not come in, than we wanted a refund check sent to us. We have called the shop everyday this week with no answer, left messages and even texted garrets personal cell phone. No return calls/texts and no updates, no product, no check. Anyone know what is going on with W1, three months wait for a part that is "instock" is crazy.....

Got a call from garret on Monday informing me that the hydra mist was not sitting at the shop. He spent the day, Monday, trying to get me one and I now have a tracking number with 3 day shipping

World one performance FTW. Garret is the man. He is one of the coolest dudes i have ever spoken to. I purchased a range of parts from bolt ons such as a TBE and FMIC to bigger components such as turbo upgrades and fuel systems, clutch kit etc: all of which he gave me great prices for. Not only are the prices great but customer service is awesome. Keep up the good work G.

bought the Epic springs for my 06 wrx from worldone. The buying process was unbelieveably easy thanks to Armin. I must have asked the guy like 100 questions before I purchased the springs and he was super nice and answered everything so patiently......the best part is, their price is lower than every other online shop ive checked out......i couldnt be happier!!! excellent shop and excellent service, thanks to Armin. KEEP IT UP BRO!!!!!

I don’t like writing this kind of review, but I’m being jerked around so bad I have to write this so others know what’s going on here.

First, I ordered some parts from Worldone a few years ago and the order got screwed up and I had a difficult time getting it sorted out with long time-periods of no call backs from Worldone. It finally got sorted, and I planned to never do business with Worldone again.

Fast forward to 7 months ago (Nov. 2008), and I decided to give Worldone another try. I placed an order and was told it would take a week to 10 days to get it shipped. No big deal – I wasn’t in a terribly big hurry. So 10 days went by – no parts, no communication. So I called – this was now in Dec 2008, and was told they would look into it and get back to me.

No callbacks for a month – so I called again in Jan 2009 – I was told they would check and get back to me. No communication at all for another month, so I called again in Feb. 2009. I was told the same thing and received no call back or e-mail, or any type of communication. At this point life got real busy for me and didn’t have the time to stay on top of Worldone to get my parts or my money back.

So, I called and spoke to Armin on Wed, May 27, 2009. He told me “oh, six months is not acceptable for us – you should have had the parts or refund long before now. My guy that handles this is out to lunch, I’ll have him check on this and get right back to you”. Well, as you guessed it, no call, no nothing. So, a week later I called again on Wed. June 3, 2009. Armin answered and I told him I wanted a refund immediately. He said sure, no problem. I asked him when I can expect to see the refund on my card, and he told me he was printing the invoice as we spoke and was going to give the accountant the information to process the refund. I thought great – finally put this to bed.

As you can guess ---- no refund, no call, no e-mail, nothing… So I call Armin again on Tuesday, June 9, 2009. He acted surprised that his accountant had not processed the refund. He had me wait on the phone a few minutes while he checked – he told me the accountant had the information and it was on her “to do” list. I asked that it be processed right away and Armin said it would be.

Well, it’s now Friday and as you can guess – no refund, no e-mail, no call, nothing. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service – ever. I’ve given Armin and Worldone the benefit of the doubt and I now believe Armin is not being honest with me. I’m being jerked around big-time.

Buyer beware…. I will update this daily until resolved…

This issue has been resolved...

It's a shame it took posting here to get it resolved. I figured calling and speaking with a vendor directly would be a more productive way to conduct business.

I received an e-mail, a phone call from Garret to apologize, and the refund, all on the 12th, within hours of my post. I noted as well that the posting date on the refund transaction was the 12th as well.

Garret, I believe you were sincere in your voice message...I wish you luck in improving your company's customer service.
