Just wanted to add my experience to the long list of satisfied World One Performance customers.

All I can say is "Wow." I've never worked with a more timely, friendly, or helpful vendor. Garret sold me my Perrin uplinks and Eibach springs for a great price and is helping me get the Perrin "fix-kit" for the swaybar/endlinks. He's great to talk to on the phone and replies to emails VERY quickly.

Their website is also the best one I've seen for a Subaru vendor.

Garret hooked me up with some Perrin Endlinks in a matter of days (which work GREAT btw). He was always in contact with me, giving me updates and was happy to answer any and all questions I had for him. Top notch service...can't expect anything less from World One!

I can't but give my highest praises for worldone and Garrett.

I placed an order for a perrin downpipe with cat and 20 minutes later he called to explain it was discontinued and backordered. After a little discussion we decided on a TXS Stealthback with high flow cat as my exhaust solution and he even gave me a little discount off his listed price!

The order was placed at nearly 5:30pm and he said he would try to get it out that same day...I only wish I could get service like this everywhere...

WorldOne is an excellent vendor. I've bought both my uppipe and stealth back from them. They have incredible customer service, great prices and very fast shipping. Garret took the time to answer all my questions many times. I won't buy from anyone else. I would recommend WorldOne to anyone. Top notch vendor.

What can I say that has not been said, Garret and Sam at Worldone are the best I Highly recomend them to every one.
Plus there web site is top notch easy to use and they are very quick to respond. They hooked me up with my VF34,sti injectors, fuel pump, and much more all for the best prices out there.

Not only did he find me a hood but he found me a used hood that he didn't even make money on. Now THAT is what going the extra mile means.

garrett and sam are the BOMB!!!!

they are never too busy to answer any questions i may have....they always have time to talk.

i ordered my txs stealthback earlier this week and i can't wait to get it

now looking for a prodrive axleback.....

their prices are AWESOME!!!

honestly, while doing comparitive shopping other shops are RARELY cheaper than world one BUT you do get what you pay for.

Chalk up another extremely satisfied customer. There was a slight, but completely understandable inventory mix up with a part that I ordered from World One, and it didn't ship out with the rest of my order. They ended up sending the critical part overnight air with saturday delivery (on their dime) so that I could get my suspension on and aligned.

World One Performace is by far the worst company I've dealt with. I mean, you ship something out on a tuesday and get it friday? Getting good deals? Personal phone calls? ...whatever happened to the good ole days of 3 week shipping, horrible customer service, and outrageous pricing? no wait, thats the majority of other vendors.....

in all seriousness though, i've dealt with a lot of vendors, and not just with car parts. i myself work in customer service (at the #1 carwash in america) and i deal with a ton of customers. Garrett and the folks at World One are World Class, if you will. It doesn't matter how stupid your question is, Garrett will answer it politely. World One is, from what i can see, a very loyal company. if you are loyal to them, they are loyal to you, and im sure in somecases, still loyal to you even if you arent loyal to them, if you can follow that. the bottom line: World One Performance will get every last cent of my business, until my Suby runs 9sec 1/4s

I can't say as I have had any interaction with them, but I do visit their site often. Why? I am strangely addicted to the music. I love the first "song" and also really like #2 a lot. I find myself strangely listening to the music for a really long time. Am I the only weirdo out there?

Hey i've been looking into this muffler and hte video was excellent. way to drum up interest for your company

just as a heads up: the video was a lil choppy and stuff for me to and i'm running an amd 1800 thats overclocked to 2.2ghz with an ati 64mb ati video card and over a gig of ram.. it should run smooth.

weird how it dosen't for some of us.

I know I have posted my praise for World One once on this forum. But I just purchased a Perrin down pipe and catch can from them. Within a 1 hour I had a invoice and traking number. And then the next day it was on my door step. They truly go out of there way to be the best. Plus they have the best deals around. Like every one say's WORLD ONE IS THE BEST.

I placed an order for a TurboXS axleback on wednesday. It arrived at my home in NC (from seattle) the following tuesday.

The price was excellent, the service was prompt, and the product was delivered in perfect condition.

they:
-answered the phone (unheard of from certain vendors)
-had my item in stock
-had a great price
-shipped it the same day
-called me back to verify my email address for the tracking info

I'm very pleased and will certainly order more from them.

Garret and his staff have been wonderful.

First Garret spends a good amount of time with me as I struggle with what I want to do with my suspension both on the phone and via e-mail. I decided to go with an interim solution of his great deal priced Eibach Pro-kit for sedans for the time being and putting off a set of coil-overs.

When I did that we discussed at length putting them on the wagon and he told me exactly what he did and did not know. One thing we were uncertain about was whether the sedan springs would be up to any sort of wagon utility - i.e. loaded up for a road trip. We both knew a wagon version was coming but not exactly when - I made the decision not to wait.

Well take a 4,000 plus mile road trip to Pikes Peak and back and my conclusion was that the sedan springs are not up to the full utility that I desired when I selected the wagon. By this point Eibach has a wagon kit that uses the same front springs but higher and stiffer rear springs.

I contact Garret and give him the feedback on the springs and make a proposal to him to help me out with swapping the rear springs. I make it clear that I was hoping he would agree but would understand if he didn't and there was no expectation. He immediately jumped at the opportunity to help me out and found my proposal accpetable.

Very shortly I will have a full wagon Eibach kit at a fraction of the cost of having to buy a whole new wagon kit.

Up to now, the experience has been excellent. After many questions that I am sure annoyed the staff, I placed my order. After each round of questions (I am serious there were many), Garrett and Sam answered each one with extreme amounts of patience.

I own a business that has to frequently deal with customers and they really have it together!

I am lucky that I didn't do much research and just picked them 'just because'. I ended up picking the right one!

Thumbs up World One Performance is Top Notch

After searching around different websites, I finally decided to purchase the TurboXS Stealthback from these guys cause they had one of the best prices available ($699 shipped!) After my package arrived, it was missing the packet of screws and gaskets needed to connect the downpipe to the midpipe. I gave them a call and here is what I loved:

1. They didnt try to blame me for the missing screws/gaskets. Never once did they make me feel like I was trying to rip them off.

2. They listened to everything I had to say and were very patient and understanding on the phone.

3. They overnighted the missing screws/gaskets to me free of charge!

That's how you run a successful business my friends.
