black as your girls soul.

Default need to borrow a 06 blue wrx for an hour

Im thinking of ways to pass the state ref.

One idea, borrow the same car as mine, thats hopefully close to stock, I swap the plates, go to the state ref, pass and bada-boom.

Anyone? Some money in it for you.

*youre not letting me borrow you car per se, you can drive it there n back.

Im in LA County

Well tampering with the VIN on automobiles or parts can get you a misdemeanor or felony charge, depending on the officer. Plus, unless I'm remembering wrong, the state ref checks to make sure the car is registered to you and your registration always has your cars VIN on it.

How much do you have to put back to stock that isn't CARB legal?

Yeah, this post was just a joke.. Unless i changed up all the places where it had my vin. I believe it could be done. But I dont want to drag a stranger into it. Rather just pay.
I have haeders, full exhaust, intake and probably some other things that have been replaced or switched, like a boost controller probably will all fail me. Just going to pay it and make it look stock.. Should have been smarter.. Your engine must look stock if your car is noisy.

Yep. If you want to modify your car in CA now you gotta take the extra time to hide everything.
