Default No Speed Sensor?

I recently got an 05 spec b 6 speed to swap into my 05 wrx and all the harnesses swap over except the speed sensor which appears to be blocked off on the 6 speed? Any ideas as to why it’s like this am I missing something? Top right corner is where the sensor should be correct?
