I recently ordered the rear differential outrigger bushings and service from TIC was awesome! I had the bushings only a few days after ordering. Clint event sent me a little airplane glider with my order . Install took 20 mins tops (I cleaned stuff up a bit) and the bushings made a noticeable difference. Much thanks to TIC!

Let me just say that TIC is the best costumer service vendor i've dealt with. had some dealing with ups which was not the fault of TIC at all and they made my purchase super smooth, these guys are great... really have no worries dealing with them. thanks again Clint.

i have before, but i will give props again, i ordered a whiteline strut bar from him. Took a little while, only because the distributor was out, which was fine with me, could have ordered from other vendors that had it in stock, but i would rather order from TiC since they have treated me well, and will be ordering more parts from him soon too.

Ordered strut bar on friday, recieved on monday. That is awesome.

I recently ordered some bushings from TIC. I needed them in 1.5 weeks for an install appointment. They sent 2 sets just to make sure they to me in time.
Not only did I get some little green army men, but when I returned the extra bushings, I recieved a refund for the shipping as well as many more little green army men and some toy gliders...however, we promptly sent the Mitsubishi Zero glider flying over the back deck with the dog after it!
They guys are awesome! One of the best vendors I have ever ordered from!!!!

Thank you for the compliment. I really make an effort to get the orders out the same day, but sometimes it's just not possible. In those cases I try and move as quickly as possible.

Thumbs up Holy crap! Fast!

I came home from work today and was delighted to see my bushings on my doorstep.

I believe I ordered Thursday night at around 10 p.m.

Today is Monday, so I thought that was very fast.

Also came with a balsa glider and a sticker.

Thanks for the excellent service and prices guys!!!

I've been wanting to order from TiC for a while now since I've heard so many positive things about them and I wanted to give them my business. Unfortunately I already have a lot of the items TiC sells and I haven't been able to give them my business. I had been looking at fender braces for a while and hearing that TiC got some more in stock I figured I would check them out.

I ordered the fender braces from TiC around 5pm on Thursday 3/30. I figured they would process the order Friday or maybe Monday. Nope, about 2 hours later I got an email from Clint saying he had packaged it up and shipped it out. I sent him an email a bit later thanking him and remarking how surprised I was that it shipped out so soon. I got a response a few hours later thanking me.

I got home from work Monday night and there was a package waiting for me in my mailbox. I opened it up and here's what I got:

Sadly no army men but the plane flew the entire length of my townhouse. w00t!

I'm looking forward to buying from TiC in the future and they will be one of the first vendors I look to when I'm looking to buy more parts.

Sleep? I haven't slept in weeks.

BTW, the postdate on the stamp will be for today as I wasn't able to get to the post office until after midnight. You can blame that on me as i just HAD to go to the wednesday night Subie dinner and get myself some garlic chicken wings!!

I went to order TIC side cowels but they're all sold out! Any news on when they'll be back in?

Also, I need a Whiteline rear strut bar for an 06 wrx WAGON with the quick releases... carry those?

Fender braces == soon. The fabricator was welding them up today. He got busy working on a different really cool project which is why they've been slow to get here.

We can get them. PM me if you have an exact part number in mind, and I'll look into it for you.

Just thought i'd leave some feedback.
So I ordered some TiC "narrow" pivot bushings for my mutant SPT/STi/ '97 Impreza Kartboy short throw shifter setup for my bugeye WRX. Got the bushings today and installed them immediately.

Just wanted to say that TiC's pivot bushings in conjunction with front & rear shifter bushings from Kartboy is an EXCELLENT combination!!

Shifting is super crisp now, and there is no more side-to-side play while shifting. I have noticed a lot less vibration too since adding the new bushings in too. Honestly, I thought there'd be more of an increase in NVH.

Clint and the rest of the TiC crew are easy to communicate with, ship things incredibly fast, and are super friendly! I'm looking forward to trying out some more of their products soon, especially once I hear more news about the TiC shifter linkage bushings.

Thanks again!

I think I've ordered about every product that TIC stocks for my 04 STI, except for the PSI monitors:
All the Kartboy bushings
Shifting bushings
Bars
Endlinks

Yes, the great customer service and quick shipping makes me feel as though I'm in an episode of the twilight zone or something--very odd in this day and age.

Oh, and Clint, I found out what the clunking noise was after removing my whole damn front strut. Apparently, that rubber liner that encapsulates the coil at the bottom of the strut had come off when I jacked the car and part of the bare coil was touching the strut perch. I was just hearing the metal to metal contact. Go figure.

That's weird. I'm glad you found it though. I know it would have driven me nuts so I can understand.

Just placed my first order this past Monday night around 10 PM or so. Of the two items I ordered one was in stock with the other backordered, which you could actually see on the website (I wish more vendors did this). Jokingly I put up a post on the May sale thread about how the first order I place stuff is on backorder because I was a twit and didn't order sooner. I got up the next day and I have an email with personal update on my order, told that my in stock item was shipped out and that the backordered item would be fill very shortly. I check NASIOC and I have a reply to my post in the same way, plus the bonus of another glider (SWEET). Now, the whole point of this long ass story is to say that TIC is on top of the customer service end of the business and damn quick on their shipping because I just received part of my order TODAY (Thursday)!!

You guys have now become one of my three top vendors here and I will be ordering more items from you in the future.

Thanks for making my experience great.

Let's talk about taking care of business: I ordered a Kartboy shifter for my 06 XT (NOT from TiC because I had never heard of them). I told the original vendor (NOT TiC) that my 06 XT required an LGT shifter, and he assured me that he knew. Guess what ? GOT THE WRONG SHIFTER. The original vendor was non-responsive to my problem, so I called Tom @ Kartboy (not Tom's problem ? Well, maybe for a lesser company)! Tom called Clint @ TiC and Clint agreed happily to take-in my bogus original shifter and swap for the correct part -> before I even sent the incorrect original part back to him in exchange (it is still sitting on a bench in my shop) ! Clint and Tom... TiC and Kartboy... you guys have a customer for life (contingent, of course, upon receiving some little green soldiers with my stuff ).
