Default A bird, a plane, Turn In concepts!!

Please read!
I am feeling so good about what just took place I really want to share it with everybody...

I asked a local tech from a Subaru dealership to assist me (paid $220!) on my gauge setup. The tech could not figure out how to get the EGT sensor to stay in, he then had to leave, jumped in his car and left! So I sat with a whole in my manifold and a new base tune (reason for gauges) quite upset and had little idea of what to do.

Local nasioc member recommended Josh from Turn In Concepts as a very helpful and nice person whom stopped what he was doing, called his partner whom lives much closer to where I was, with no avail, and jumped in his car, drove 25 minutes, fixed my wrx and drove off....Wouldn't except pay, or dinner. Genuine, good, nice person. Good community, Thank you.

Second part of my order showed up with TWO gliders. (I'm going to have to do more orders so I can make a battle scene in my bedroom).

My braces came quick and without incident...well besides the installation attempt. Thanks guys for really going the extra mile and keeping me up to date on a very small order that probably netted you next to nothing.

Just be sure to show the gliders bombing some fireballs. Everyone knows that army guys and gliders are way cooler than those cavity causing menaces.

And since I know Kartboy is going to read this at some point - HI TOM!!

I got a FREE mod!!!! These guys rock my face! They didn't have any sticka's left over, but that's ok. BIG props to these guys, they are the best in the business. It was a blast to hang out with them and slay a dragon!

Oh, and thanks for even putting the shifter bushings IN for me, all in 5 minutes, as I was putting air in the tires!

Saw these guys up at the Dragon this past week and they were awesome. They gave out a whole bunch of their pivot and shifter bushing kits. As if that wasn't enought they even helped me with the install early the next morning (sunday). Feels a lot more sturdier and solid now. Can't wait to add the kartboy shifter stays for the final touch. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to remove some of that 'play' in the shifter.

Hey Clint: Got my KB stuff and my glider. Thanks. My glider (sadly) encountered stiff triple-A on its way to Canada ('ack-ack', as we say north of the border)... apparently some postal-monkey thought that it'd be cool to stomp my package. Oh well... I'll wait happily for my TA-152H when I order from you again. Thanks again.

Thumbs up Excellent service and products

Got my order yesterday. It came quicker that I expected, so it was a nice surprise to find it in my mailbox when I got home. Now I just have to wait till this rain on the east coast clears up to install this stuff.

I definitely will be ordering from them again.

Default Letter to TiC

I sent this to them today.... Best customer service I have ever had. Kudos guys!!!

Quote:
Clint & Tony,

I just want to thank you both for all the help you have been to me. It all started when I purchased your pivot bushings thinking that I had the normal 5mt shifter. So I then ordered the Wide pivot bushing thinking that was the cause of my slop. To my surprise, I open up my center counsel to find the gold flaked short-shifter. That very same day I contact TiC to let you know of the situation and without hesitation you offer to send the correct sleeve free of charge. The following day in the mail I find a package for you guys and the needed sleeve.

To no avail I still find I have HORRIBLE slop. It turns out that when I had a clutch replaced under warranty the dealership failed to put back in the top shifter linkage bushing causing the ridicules slop. With the dealership being unwilling to help stating the shifter “feeling normal” I turned to you guys and again. I was in contact with Clint via email for about two days and within the third day I had a package from TiC with the Subaru Bushings I needed. It fixed the slop and felt like a new car!

All I can say is that you both have far exceeded my expectations of customer service and you have a customer for life.

You guys are a class act.

Thanks Again,
Kurt Rasmusson

Recently ordered the bodacious bushing bundle and shifter pivot bushings. Parts arrived quickly. Good improvement in shift-feel, especially for the price!

I also have been exchanging a few emails with them with questions regarding install, and some of their other parts. Response is always very quick, with abundant information always included. Highly recommended vendor, with some great combo offerings. Will definitely buy from them again in the future. Thanks for the great service!

Ordered my TiC fender braces on Wednesday, got 'em Friday. Nice pieces, easy to install, and they make a BIG difference in steering accuracy.

Great vendor!
