Smile New to the Subie world, silly question: stock STi boost gauge screw/thread size?

I just bought a 2005 STi - weeeeee!!! I love it, and don't miss my Honda.

I've Googled the ish out of this question and searched NASIOC.. with no luck, I turn to the Subaru gods that lurk this forum.

The previous owner re-installed the stock boost gauge before selling the car (he had installed pillar gauges), he decided to attach the boost gauge to the steering column using double-sided sticky tape - instead of properly installing the gauge using the screws and backplate.

My oh my, he didn't bother giving me the screws or backplate.. won't be a hard fix if I only knew the screw size/thread size Would anyone be so kind as to shed some wisdom my way?

For the backing plate, just find a small piece of 1/16ths aluminum or something and drill some holes in it. On the thread size give me a few minutes, I'll go down in the garage and check. I've got one laying around.

Screws are 4mm dia. x 0.7mm pitch x 10mm long. The stock backing plate is very thin like 1mm steel. So if you use a much thicker backing plate you might want to get 15mm long screws.

And, I'd fill out the rest of your profile before someone yells at you.
