Default RCE springs on a bugeye

I just had the version 2 yellow RCE springs with 04 STI struts installed on my 02 WRX.

I haven't ridden in a lot of Subarus, but I can say that I'm very happy.

RIDE: It is really not any worse than stock when driven on normal roads. The difference is on the old suspension you will feel the hard jolt after full compression. With the RCE springs you feel the bump immediately, but it is not harsh. Small potholes are actually feel better because the suspension actually reacts instantly instead of after you fallen in the whole.

HANDLING: Amazing improvement. I'm limited by my stock 16" wheels with all-season tires, but the body roll is much better. Everything feels more confident. I still need an alignment and decent tires before I can experience the full benefit.

SIDE REVIEW of Kumho ASX: I still hate them. Sidewalls are really soft, they get very greasy in the heat, and scream around every corner. The only good thing is that they are better than the RE92s, especially in the rain. (Pressure is at 40f/38r)

PICS: (My camera sucks, I'll try to get the car cleaned up and take real pictures this weekend)

I love the red struts and yellow springs.

when you get your alignment done, tell them to max out the stock camber bolts in the front. aim for 0 toe all around and just keep the rear camber at factory spec. enjoy the new suspension!

Nice looking car.

I recently went with Prodrives on D-Specs and I am wondering if I should eventually go with a set of RCEs since I plan on autocrossing pretty heavily next year.
