For some reason, this truck thing really reminds me of the two person karts from Mario Kart Double Dash. I always thought having one of those IRL would be crazy fun, but really dangerous if the driver decided to do a handbrake turn.

My 2009 LGT now has a 2011 STI trans/rear. It is now significantly more fun than it was last week (5MT with a bad 3rd gear synchro)

Thanks to Patrick and the guys at Tune The City.

Mount some ski boot mounts in the back so you can be secured in place standing up, with the added bonus of still being able to eject if you were to say, flip over.

Better than at 80 mph in T1 at PittRace where you could hit Armco, a tire wall, dig a tire and flip, etc...
autox is fun and as cheap as you wanna make it. Great place to start. Especially with a brand new build.

Bring the tube frame beast out for an autox as soon as your done. PittRace, Steel Cities Scca dont require inspection or vehicle registration. Killer Project!

after some review, the poor kids user name was 2lo_2go on some sites. I cant find what tubing material was used but looks like most of his parts, including the seat belts were off ebay. I dont see any triangulation on the roll bar. Just sad he never seemed to have thought about what would happen if it was in an accident.

Can anyone recommend an alignment shop that is northeast of the city? Car has adjustable front camber plates, caster bushings and adjustable rear control arms. Thanks.

Not sure how far northeast you’re looking for, but I’d recommend Green Apple Auto in Glenshaw. Good dudes, have done alignments in many modified cars including Subaru’s..

Completely disagree. A 'driver' has no control over how fast (or likely to crash) the roller coaster goes. Find a better analogy.

Also, vehicles behave much differently at 80mph than they do at 40mph. It is apples to oranges. I tune my vehicles to drive well at high speeds and not for parking lots commonly found by grocery stores.

Also, i'm not saying people shoudn't autoX. It's great way to learn the basics in a low-consequence environment. In fact, I started to learn about driving by autoxing a decade ago. It was a great way to learn the basics. Kind of like coloring with crayons. But, do know, that vehicles behave MUCH differently when speed, momentum, and inertia are increased... This is especially true when you drive something that a has fairly neutral handling balance. Not sure of your entire vehicle history, but it doesn't really seem like you have any idea of what I'm talking about. Most of your vehicles seem to have been of the front heavy understeering kind.

So i will apologize now for "advertising" this here but i have no use for this stuff and would to get it out of the garage and see it go to someone who is actually going to use it.

Anyways i have all this stuff listed for $1,650 total (the majority of that being the Kill B intercooler setup) if someone wants this stuff i'll let it go $1,450 this week.
