I like shredded pork.

I'll be at Stratton/Okemo/Snow on Saturday. Not sure which yet.

I'm up at Stratton just about every weekend.

Usually in the park when there isn't any new snow for the trees.

I can tell you it's going to be a tough one. With sunny weather usually brings the crowds. And all this warm weather + Fog + rain its gonna be a huge melt. Then will turn into your famous boiler plate for the weekend.

I hate these storms that dump the most snow down south where the cities are and leave the mountains with less. Oh well, I won't complain about getting a foot of snow. Should have no school, so I'll find a free ticket a go play for the afternoon somewhere.

I'll actually have to clear my entire driveway after this one, instead of salting and letting the sun do the rest.

Saturday or Sunday?
What day will be the best to get out? current predictions are that the storm will not end until Saturday mid day. I like riding during a storm with the constant refreshing of the snow but i don't know if the gondolas and quads are going to be on wind hold and Sunday might be the better day.

Not going to pick up steam until late afternoon tomorrow from what I can tell. It also looks like you stand to pick up more like 1.5' from what i am seeing. I'd be hitting the 'tash on Sat and Black on Sunday if I had your locale

Saturday will be amazing but difficult to travel. Wind will be a factor, so look for low lying, tree lined fixed grips.

I'll be at Sunapee Friday. I haven't rode a weekend day in maybe 5 years. But I may have to break that trend. Hopefully with the massive amount of snow, people will be stuck and it won't be crowded.

wish this storm were hitting the bigger, and more fun mountains...

looking to stay over night friday somewhere in southern vt i think... that way i can avoid the roads on saturday am when they're going to be at their worst.

hoping to have a nice powder day, something I haven't had since living in WA.

Haha. Exactly. Nothing compares ti being there. I've heard great things about jay peak, but haven't made it there yet. The mountain I live next to is comparable to maybe one portion of Snoqualmie 4 areas. :-/ better than nothing though.

I just went and took a few runs yesterday to make sure I'll still know how yo ride. Everything seemed to work out. We'll see if I can keep it together through some real snow.

I might risk death and drive up to Crotched on Friday for some Midnight Madness. That little mountain is a BLAST in the snow.

Black Mtn. is $15 on Sundays afternoons and Mondays for locals. I skied Attitash today with my students. It was actually really good, especially where the sun softened the snow. This storm will make for some awesome glade skiing at Bear Peak, but I'll probably head up to Wildcat. Actually, I can ski both places with one ticket. Might as well.

I'm coming home from college for the weekend, might try to ski tomorrow but I'll definitely be at Wildcat Saturday and either Attitash, Wildcat or maybe Cranmore on Sunday.

I went and found this because I thought someone use the word, but whatever.

I'm gonna keep it close to home and ski Windmill Hill tomorrow.

I might be at Sunapee tomorrow. I'm 6'3" and will be in a very very noticeable orange jacket and some dark pants. And on a snowboard

Lots of snow at Smuggs today, though nasty windy. I'll be in line for first chair tomorrow, that should be super.

I was at Sunapee from 9- ~1130. Took a spill under the sunbowl chair and most likely broke my hand. But it was still sort of fun.

I wish I could've went somewhere better though. Sunapee doesn't really have the vertical to really have a killer pow day. I find it tough to really get going quick enough (not lightning fast) to actually link together a good run. Coupled with the fact it started getting more and more crowded. Oh well, Still way better than sleeping in
