There's a thread I started out there from last week regarding Planet and CitySide asking the same questions. I actually picked up my subie at Planet yesterday. Email Deb Brewster there and get a price quote from her online. That's how I did it and I feel like I got an excellent, hassle free deal.

PS: If you're looking at the 06 Steel Gray WRX Wagon, it's not there anymore

Do you know if the regular Subaru sales staff also handles their sales of other makes?
The staff there handles all new and used car sales regardless of make. I also bought my car thru Deb Brewster and she is great to deal with.

I got my WRX there back in 2004 and traded in my Accord at the same time. Of all the Boston-area dealers, I found them to be the most helpful. I did my research/buying online, and a few other dealers came up with lower prices and then tried to pull a bait-and-switch on me. I don't live in Mass anymore, but if I did, I would go there for my service or to buy a new car.

I would highly recommend them for sales. I negotiated on the phone and they kept their word exactly for the pricing. They gave me a very good deal and the process went very smoothly from beginning to end. When we picked up our new car, our old car didn't start (great timing). The service dept. was closed. The salesmen came outside and pushed our car in the parking lot until it started. Very good attitude despite my hard negotiation and general paranoia during the sale.

they're very friendly and searched all over the US for the car I wanted, also gave a total price before actually shipping the car. they don't haggle much, just let u test drive the car and lets you make the decision.

I picked up my wrx at Planet Subaru a few weeks back. Jeff Fairbanks sold me the car. He sold my girlfriend her car too. Always a great guy to deal with.

Funny enough, we just picked up my wife's '07 Outback XT there this morning. Great people to deal with, very straightforward, no typical car-salesman bs. Matt was our sales guy, nice guy.
