Question Questions for yah CT people

Has anyone else bought their car from Colonial Subaru in Danbury? If so what is your opinion of them? Also for you non-Danburian CT people, how do you rate the dealership you got ur car from? 1-10 10 being best. Give examples.

Reason for these questions is i want to take my baby to the best dealership for its first oil change.

Thanks people,
Mad Max

I bought my car at Suburban Subaru in Vernon. The dealership overall is great and I have been very satisfied so far with the service department there. The car hasn't been serviced anywhere else thus far. Vernon is a bit of a hike from Danbury though.

I bought my car at Colonial, *L* i asked for the Sport Gauge pack and they gave me the Gauge Pack.... when i brought it in to have it replaced, they said.. wow.. we've never done this option before. Kinda makes you feel uneasy >_<
But they did the job... and had to change the oil too... no ill effects and nothing spectacular to report
I would go there again.

I got my 99Rs from Suburban in Vernon and will never take my car there again! They have the worst customer service and couldn't fix a window problem I had with my car 3x's! I will never bring it there again for anything, I have since taken my car to TY Subaru in Windsor Locks and they have been great, knowledgeable staff and friendly.

Hey I agree with do it yourself and I don't like the people at Suburban or Holmgren. I have a set of the Subaru Teck. Manuals (they are really hand like for changing clutches and stuff) I will try TY I normally deal with TRI-State in Webster the guys in part are pretty cool.

I used to sell cars at Stamford Subaru as well. Their service department is very good. The current sales manager leaves a bit to be desired though.

DrBuzzad,
I don't know if anybody told you but Sean died in the Ski Sawmill pro-rally. He was navigating in the open class, and his driver lost control at about 85 MPH crashed the pasenger door into a tree and the cage snapped, Sean died of massive head trauma.

(For those who didn't know Sean he was a tech at Stamford Subaru and he was very good.)

Also Maher left to go to a Dodge dealer in Yonkers, Greg came back, Mark left and came back, Ed left and came back, and Bob B left and came back.

DrBuzzad,
It's a harsh thing, but at least he finally got to do what he dreamed.

Hell I graduated and the next day I went to visit him to congratulate him and see how he placed, and then I found out from Ramsden and Betz and Paula. I was like "Sean take the day off or something", and they were like "uh, not exactly..."

Anyway How is your RS? Last I saw it you had just put the Big Wing on the back.
