Where to buy OEM parts online in Canada

Hey guys, I was redirected from subaruparts.ca to subaruparts.com so I thought they would ship to Canada, but the 10th point down under their shipping policy states "We do not ship internationally."

I got a price list from the dealer by me and (with the USD-CAD conversion of course), it's more than double. Here's my example (all prices from Subaruparts.com converted to $CAD using XE currency app):
