Sadly I'd say no.

https://www.planetsubaru.com/subaru-x-mode.htm

The X-Mode is an optional advanced traction control system which does active torque vectoring with the aim of boosting traction in uneven or alternately slipping situations. It's optional on Forrester, Crosstrek, but standard on the Outback.

Regular Imprezas just have the full-time AWD with some stability control and anti-lock brakes. Maybe that will change in the future.

I read that it is only active when you are moving under 19 mph? If so how much of everyday use will people have for this?

Also can someone who has used it, put in some input about how useful it is? A family member is looking into a forester and was wondering if I should recommend them getting X-Drive?
