I have heard that the factory STi uppipes w/o a cat have a liner that is tapered and that this taper is designed to control boost spikes. Can I get some confirmation on this?
Is the USDM uppipe also tapered or does the catalyst perform the same job for us as the taper does for the STi? Thanks. |
