Default How do you get your meat to look like this? *Pic*

Every time I see these I often wonder.. How do they do that?

It's supposed to be real unprocessed turkey breast but it's in the shape of a watermelon?? Do they just squish it together really hard?? Giant Mutant turkeys? How??

I think boiled ham is one of the worst meats. When my grandpa goes to the deli he gets

boiled ham
head cheese
brownsweiger
povelone cheese

it smells disgusting and looks worse, I usually end up eating boiled ham and provelone sandwiches though
