![]() 2002 WRX. Check engine light came on. Diag with the TGV stuck open. Has anyone experienced problems with this valve being stuck open? What are the problems with this.

![]() When the engine is cold, the tumble generator valves close to allow a leaner A/F mixture. When the engine has warmed to normal operating temperatures, the TGVs open. It appears the only problem caused by stuck-open TGVs is added emissions when you first start the car.
