Since I don't track and race my car it just works for me, I don't want more horsepower, I like being able to "get on it" and not worry about going to jail, this makes it a fun car to drive to me. I don't want to lower or do coil-overs as It handles great and I like a bit of clearance. The only thing that I sometime wish for is that the exhaust was a Tad bit louder, but it's not worth it to me to go with a louder exhaust system, as I know I'd be annoyed with it 95% of the time (I'm getting old **44years). I feel like any mod I do will actually make the car worse for me. The 2019 STI is a great analog and spirited DD, what I consider great Drivers Car at this price point. I also like that since I took my wing off, no one pays much attention to it, which is something I appreciate.
Ditto - very well said.

The dark blue is also sublime....subaru does good colors for the most part.

'19 WRX owner here! Almost been one year since I got her, but only took me 6 months until I went stage 1 and started adding parts. Just went stage 2+ and flex fuel last month and now putting out 379hp/360tq to the wheels! Daily driven so I'm not always stomping on it or abusing the car. She runs like a dream!

I had an 18 WRX prior, and switched over to a 19 STI.

Handling is better, power delivery is better (especially with the MAP OTS) and it just sounds so so much better (ETS catback)

I really settled for the WRX, since it was cheaper and that's what I could afford at the time. Don't settle! If you're between STI and WRX, go STI.

The only qualms I have are gas mileage, and oil changes are a slightly more cumbersome process.

Had a 16 WRX that I was perfectly happy with.......til I drove the STI. Walking back to my car after the test drive was the first time I didn't really wanna drive my car.

I've had it almost a year now and it still puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. Every bit of feedback I get from the car, the steering/power delivery/shifting....all of it, just makes it so enjoyable to drive. As noted the oil changes are a bit of a pita and the mileage.....well I used to own an 05 Ram so it ain't nothing but a thing. I put gas in it when it's low.....

This CAR IS AMAZING....

My plan: leaving it stock.. save forged wheels at 18" and 265 all season rubber....it is nice to have traction at 43 degrees.....

She's a keeper (like forever).

The car drives and handles like a dream - holds 4+ and has a real trunk.

If you are super happy with your car please add to this thread:

car model, year, and plans to keep it or not -

Happy holidays to all.

jeff
