3" Split Flange

Hey, I have an 03 WRX, was trying to replace catback but realized I have a rotted catalytic converter flange. (in the rear of course) I'm trying to buy a 3'' split flange to save money rather than buy a new cat. Anyone know where to buy one that fits my car? I have looked everywhere...

amazon? ebay? You might be able to rig up something with bailing wire or a coat hanger until it gets to you.
