Default Boost leak? I have logs.

Could anybody read these logs and let me know what's going on? Admittedly I'm pretty new to working on cars and all, but putting stuff on is simple enough. I have:

Turbosmart BOV fully recirc

Cobb sf intake

Cobb stage 1 tune

mishimoto throttle body hose replacement

No muffler

So according to cobb I should be hitting 15-16 peak psi... however I'm only getting about 13.85psi at max. Was wondering if anybody might know what's going on?

I think that was a 3rd gear pull but I can go do a fresh one here in a few!
