any recommendations for a tuner that tunes w/ romraider or cobb ap? i am located in cary nc, would prefer something as local as possibly since i would have to drive it there after i finish the swap?

Draco Performance at Charlotte they did great job on my car they do Cobb Protune and they are very good in customer service as well. They will make you happy for sure. Other is Top Speed but that's too far at least for me.

unless its a recent addition, speed south in pelham doesn't have an AWD dyno.
Also, I heard there is one popping up in Auburn, AL soon if not already.

actually, speed south doesn't have a dyno at all, they do however sell wrx/sti/evo parts

only dyno in birmingham is Walker Dyno in trussville, but its 2wd.

I really can't recommend that dyno facility. Their tuner I have no experience with but I can say my car will NEVER go on their dyno. The wall is like 2 ft from slamming your back bumper and EVERY car I saw on that dyno wiggled side to side under pulls......NOT a comfortable feeling to see a car that apparently wasn't strapped on good.

Myrtle Beach/Conway SC area now has a Mustang AWD dyno if anyone wants to fly in a tuner for tuning!

I don't know if it was mentioned but I don't feel like reading all the posts but H&H Performance also has my buddy RobbiesHonda tuning there. Mustang dyno and Robbie was trained by Christian at Cobb and Tim Bailey of Surgeline.

AutoLabz has been closed for a year now, so they should be removed from the list also.
I also talked to Robert at Speed South a couple weeks ago and he said they were not pursuing the wrx,sti,evo market because there was not a demand for it in our area. Speed South does not have a dyno either.

has anyone heard of/used Billet Design in pompano florida for their tunes. i'm trying to find a reputable dyno tuner in south florida that doesn't have ridiculous prices like japtrix.

I've heard nothing but GREAT things about Marco and Billet Design, very meticulous.

Hey this list is great. Thanks so much for putting it together. I know your not looking for praise or anything. Just wanted to say thanks. Also I live in Fayettville Arkansas. There is a suby dealer there. Imagine that lol. Anyway I don't know anything about the tuner in Fort Smith But I will call them on the 19th and see what kinda shop they are. I have a hard time believing there are no tuners within 300 miles of me that do open source tunes...I'm in SC btw. Anyone have any experience getting an OS tune in SC, NC, or GA?
