Wednesday August 26, 2015

This is The Village of Itasca's Food Bank and SOA's Drive Out Hunger Event

To enter for a raffle ticket you must bring at least 10LBS of NON-Perishable Food items that are not expired. The food item should be something you would consume. (Think about where this food is going)

The Person who brings the most food will receive a *Special Prize from SOA*

https://www.google.com/maps/place/12...b68f4070dd365c

Food (Pizza and other snacks) will be provided for all participants, as well as Subaru swag and some other stuff

Everyone who attends will leave with something!!! Just make sure you bring 10LBS of NON-Perishable Food items to Drive out Hunger, The Itasca Food Bank needs our help, so lets band together show off some Subies and have a fun summer night taking over Downtown Itasca Subaru Style!!

Remember to also bring good attitude!!

Bump!! start registering. we can accommodate 70-90 cars maybe a few more but that's about it.

Everyone is going home with something just for showing up for 3 hours and showing off your Subie, Bring 5lbs of canned or boxed goods, cans weigh the most!

I'm adding another class to the line up too.

Like this idea. Might go out for it making sure I am free before signing up.

Just wondering not sure what class I would fit into.

2. Street modified
or
3. Sleeper class

I have a 08 and from the outside it looks stock except for the TBE. I do have bolt on dones under the hood.

I will reiterate, EVERYONE leaves with something! Bring 5lbs of canned goods that aren't expired get a raffle ticket. Profit

1 can usually weighs about 1lb

that doesn't mean bring the minimum, remember the person who donates the most will most definitely profit!

Does it matter if the car is completely stock and just want to come out for a good time. Not sure I could win anything with just tints.

It's for a food pantry, canned goods, boxes of mac and cheese, ramen, stuff like that.

If I could go one more week without washing my car, I've got #7 covered. I have a 12-state bug collection going on. Could open a museum.

Always down to help out a good cause.

please fill out the google.doc spread sheet so I can get an idea of how many stalls we'll have a available.

Like I said before 70 ish stalls, can accommodate maybe 90 or so.

Make sure you register on the google.doc, email to mentioned email addy as well if you would like.

Im just using the google.doc as another tool to keep track of the registered attendees.

It would be easier on both Greg and I, if we can see how many people plan on attending. How much food to provide, prizes, swag, ect.

So if you could please fill out the google.doc and email the address provided that would help out a lot.

Thanks,

-Phil
