is there anyone know how to remove this piece?

9 views with no answer come-on guys do i just need to pry it out or there is some kind of screws underneath??

there are screws underneath that you can get to when you pull the glove box off. disconnect power first.

^^so i remove the glove box do i see the screws right away or i need to locate them.
