Default Where to paint my sideskirts?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has suggestions on a good place to get my sideskirts painted - I just can't take the black anymore. I'm in Portland, ME btw.

Also, what price range am I looking at?

Thanks Guys!

Thanks,

i forgot to mention that the 2002 subaru's have two different paint codes for the PSM paint... one is actually a little lighter than the other. so check your car's own code to see what one they used on the batch that your car came from....

express paint

trinity paint - gallons start at $30

again i'll see if i can get more info..

Thanks,

Thanks,

no question are silly... i believe it should be on your car hood.. or sometimes in the door jam... you may be able to contact your local subaru dealership and have them look up your car's info by vin number etc etc.... but it's on the car somewhere....

on the 2002 it's near the strut tower under the hood...

Question

So, no specific suggestions for a good shop in southern Maine, huh? What have people paid to have their skirts painted? Is it a $100 job?

Thanks

I paid about $200 and had a horrible experience. Sideskirts started peeling after 3 months. For $200, you can buy the real deal.

I did my WRX sideskirts for $50, came out great and never peeled. DIY baby!

shoot me a PM, I'm close to you. I'll do 'em for you. You just have to order the paint from www.paintworldinc.com . I have all the other materials

you can find your paint code on the placard on your driver side strut tower under the hood.

there are quite a few threadds of DIY sideskirt painting here and clubwrx...

honestly, its probably less hastle to get OEM skirts from someone like brian @ manchester subaru...
