Removed the dashboard as part of the neverending EZ30 swap.

Made some templates of the floor of the Mustang in order to cut some new insulation in preparation for new carpet.

Not all that exciting but I put my RA mud flaps on. This is something Subaru should have as a factory offering. My hatch has mounting holes in the rear wheel well but none in the front. The RA set up is pretty nice but a factory solution vs a bracket would have a cleaner look.

Replaced the drivers low beam bulb. It was such a pain having to disconnect and remove the battery to get to the bulb.

Holy hell the damn air pumps are a PITA on this car. Got the main actual pump off, stupid injector bracket off and deleted codes. Gotta go buy a low prifule jack i guess to get under the car for the pump valves.

The system has a tendency to break, sometimes the valves are stuck closed (the best scenario) or they get stuck open, which is bad and causese the car to run lean.

The best option is just to remove the whole system, replace the valves with block off plates, and enjoy all the room for activities it frees up.

I think the dealer charges like $1200 to replace the air pump system. I'd rather put on some $35 block off plates and call it a day.

swapped out front oem springs with tein h tech's. Started on the back and ran into a very, very tight strut bolt. Stopped, buttoned it all back up. Figured out and will take a different approach tomorrow. Sooo, took it to merchants, up on the rack and the guy had all 4 loose in 10 mins. Paid him cash and everybody was happy. Swapped the rears out...spring rates now a good match for my tokico d specs and tastefully lowered.

Alignment done. Car tracks well, corners razor sharp and "floaty" is gone. My 3 years unlimited alignment expired early Feb so signed up for another 3 yrs for $169 (got the special pricing).

Scrubbed off & rotated the tires. Plus another round of fiddling with the resistor on the rear o2 sensor. I thought hard about a light wash but decided to wait out Monday's snowstorm / salt bath. Sighed at the rust spots.

road trip from RVA to cheraw, sc. Drove the piss out of it on 100 miles of closed forest service roads to include packed sand, loose sand, churned up sand and wet sand mixed with clay And road tripped back via secondary roads.

ps. hate the lowered car. going to standard ride height king springs.

Wiped off deer slobber and mud from plowing over it. Driver coming other way hit it first and slapshotted it over on my side, where it hit my front end and folded under the car, where I proceeded to drive over it.

Only damage I managed was cracking the OEM plastic slid plate. *whew*
