was told i'd receive sti motor/tranny mounts end of may to early june....never received them....passed e-mails back and forth referring to sti mounts....then about 3 weeks or so ago they informed me that what i had indeed ordered was cusco mounts....whatever....doesn't matter to me what brand....i went ahead and ordered from someone else so i can put my tranny back on with the stronger (sti) mount and figured i'd sell the cusco/sti ones i get from z1 to someone else....well i got tired of hearing somethin new for when they would be arriving and since i have no need for them now i asked for my money back about a week ago....haven't heard back from them since....i just want money/mounts/somethin....whichever comes first....i feel like i've been forgotten....

anywayz i don't feel this has been handled very professionally and of course this is indeed my own case/opinion so everyone is entitled to whatever opinion they may have....

another note, they were very good with getting back to me until i asked for my money back....i'm not sure what's gonna happen now....just lookin for outiside opinions i guess....their other review thread looked very good so i'm sure they'll come through eventually....hope you all understand my slight frustration

Jason - you ordered these via mail (not email but actual mail) - your order came in an envelope with a picture of the Cusco mounts and a money order. Upon receipt, we emailed you to the email address you provided with your letter, to inform you these were set to arrive in late May. Unfortunately, the Cusco shipment we received in late May did not have the mounts as they were not finished being made by Cusco at the time the shipment left Japan. Again, I emailed you to inform you of this. The mounts did finally arrive on Thursday of this past week.

As for requesting a refund, yes you did request one , and yes we already sent it back to you on Friday of this past week....and emailed you to tell you that we did this. If you still want/need a set though, please let me know, and I'll make sure to have a set put aside for you.

i just saw that you just sent the e-mail telling me the refund was sent....thank you very much

sorry if i have been a pain in the ass about this (which is why i figured i didn't hear from you after asking for refund) but getting burnt is an unpleasant experience and you never know who you can trust anymore ya know?

after finally finding the copy of what i had mailed you, i did see that i paid you for cusco mounts and it was indeed what i sent you a picture of....what confused me was that we had gone back and forth with a few e-mails where i referred to them as sti mounts, but that was indeed my fault and thanks for being honest with that


CLIFF NOTES: Z1 came out on top and is a reputable company as ever and i am more than satisfied
