that a good qeustion i honestly dont know. when i filled up they didn't even ask me. i dont think you need to be a member to get costco gas? especially given the circumstances. later at night would be ideal probably. i went around 5pm waited 30 minutes.

I ended up at Sams. Got there at 3 and left at 4:15. Just passed the time watching Netflix on the cell while in line.

If you aren't a member you have to pay with a credit/debit card. If you only have cash you have to buy a gift card from the attendant then use the gift card to buy the gas. Gift cards are in $20 increments only.

thats not so bad. this rationing stuff theoretically should cut the lines down. but i doubt it.

Ok I was deciding wtf to do with those. I'm just gonna get yellow bulbs but not til I retrofit otherwise it looks silly

What are you retrofitting? Just get a good yellow bulb and a yellow over lay for the fogs.
