Gunz Thread; Round 2!
Our original guns thread got closed because it had grown too large and was sucking the life (bandwidth) out of NASIOC.
So here's the new one. Pics are recommended, because these threads are completely worthless without them. You can talk all day about how awesome your gun is, but nobody is going to believe you without photographic evidence. Much like the smoking hot Canadian girlfriend that you had in high school that was really a sweaty fat dude who lived in his mother's basement and just liked to troll chat rooms. Here's my recent purchase. Since becoming an FFL, people contact me constantly to unload unwanted or unneeded guns. The guy I got this from is going through a divorce and had to sell his pistols to pay his lawyer. NIB Kimber Tactical Pro II. .45 caliber sex.

This one should probably be slightly better since it has the heavier bull barrel. |

Well, I still only have my Walther PPQ, still trying to work on a lot of basics, and haven't been able to reliably go to the range yet, my main issue seems to be expecting recoil, as I'm petty much dead on the times I really focus and go slow, so I just need to work on being that good consistently and faster.
The gun is great though, absolutely love it, thinking about getting either a G26 or M&P Shield (9mm) for carry, seeing as the up and coming Sig P224 costs an arm and a leg. Obligatory Picture: Walther-PPQ-01 by Herman Nielsen, on Flickr |

Went to the range today. Tested out my new extractor on my AR10 and got to shoot a co-workers brand new Kriss. That thing will be even more fun with the 30rd mags after he modifies them

Well, after cleaning my AR10 I noticed what I at first thought was excess oil was in fact my finish failing on my KX3
Hopefully if I can get it replaced I can get another one with a flaming pig on it! Well I feel stupid, figured out that it's actually some of the fabric from the inside of my carry bag, I guess last time I used it I didn't let it cool down enough before putting it away!! I recently bought an M&P Shield for my girlfriend. It's a nice gun and I'm thinking of getting a second for a more covert CHL option. Right now I either carry an STI Trojan 5.0 or my Glock 19.
Ammo on the otherhand has crept back up somewhat. The manufacturers did that earlier this year. |

I have a Glock 19, which I like, but I don't carry it cause it's too bulky on my frame.

I've got a Remington 700 SPS Tactical that I will be excited to get back to once I return from the UK. I'll be moving to the DFW area in September/October, anybody recommend any good ranges to shoot at? It looks like some of you guys have some pretty awesome rifles!
