Default Subispeed thumbs up!

Received order for about $250 in parts and one thing out of the three came in broken. Notified Subispeed by their e mail system and within one day they had a replacement ordered to send out. Doesn t get much better as far as customer service! BTW, they are very fast on that e mail link they use. I have had questions answered in mins before my order.

got the new replacement part with a box and label to send broken part back. Couldn t be any better as far as customer service! Fast too!

Default Subispeed Thumbs Down!

Do You Ppl Work For Subispeed? Because This Cant Be True At All After The Horrible Customer Experience I'm Going Through With Them. I Spent $660 On A Seibon Carbon Fiber Spoiler For My Wrx 1 Month Ago And Yet I'm Still Waiting For It. But The Worst Part Out Of This Is The Customer Service It Very Very Bad; The Most Horrible Customer Service Ever. Every Time I Call Their Business They Never Answer, I Called About 5-10 Times A Day And No Answer So I Have To Resort To Emails, The Email I Sent Them 2 Weeks After My Purchase Was Answered With Sarcasm! By This Guy Named Bryan

I don t work for subs speed, never did, didn t even know who they were till I ordered the above.
