Impreza WRX STi Somewhat of a New member =]

Hello all, I've been a member for a while but never really participated NASIOC because I wasn't a Subaru owner...

But I finally picked up my first Subie last monday so I'll be on NASIOC 24/7!!!

My baby has about 300 miles now and in the stage of still breaking her in so I'm driving around like a granny in a oldsmobile.... I cannot wait any longer to treat her the way she is suppose to be treated.

JUST IN CASE something goes wrong, I'm going to try to keep her in stock form until my warranty runs out. sigh...
Anyways, show a brother some love~

nice car!

i wouldn't worry about NOT modding it, go stage 1 (or even stage 2).... i couldn't afford the STi... Stage 1 is easy to undo if you need to go for service.

i'm stage 2 but that's another topic.

grats on hte purchase, I was a lurker for a while myself, I finnaly picked up a ru a couple weeks ago, gotta love the whistling snail under the hood. Enjoy. I agree with keeping it stock until the warranty period is over, the STi isn't exactly a slouch.

Base STi has the heated package as well.

Only thing that limited has over the base that I care about is the moonroof. Leather seats = lame in the winter, fog lights can be added, bbs wheels = "meh".

Stock it isn't that bad. You get some tire noise but that's about it. I'm biased though, my '03 WRX was full on rattley.

I didn't care about the sunroof but i had to get the limited to get leather seats so its easier to clean when my dog sheds...

plus i like the stock bbs wheels
