Question keeping the car happy in the heat

right. so mother nature is going though menopause/global warming. so, our turbocharged cars don't fair very well in the heat. so, what are some simple mods to cope with the hotter weather?

been thinking something like:
•crucial racing 160* thermostat
•silicone Y pipe, and other radiator hoses needed
•water wetter
•upgraded radiator cap (are these even safe on the stock WRX TMIC?)

so, does this list do anything to keep the temps down? are there other ways to keep your car running cool in this god forsaken heat?

Upgrade the radiator. It makes a big difference, and put in the crucial t-stat while you're doing the swap.

Intercooler sprayers can help a bit with heat soak.

Q: why do they call it "menopause"?

A: because "mad cow desiese" was already taken.
