What about with fender flares? That is an option that I am considering doing. Who’s much do you think it would poke out? I understand it’s a difficult spec.

If you have to ask questions about wheel fitment and flares, you probably shouldn’t be messing with wheel fitment and flares.

It's not a "difficult" spec, you aren't providing a spec. Saying -23 to +25 does nothing to help. That's a 2 inch swing in offset. No one can do anything with that info. There are 15+ running 18X9.5 +22 with tons of camber and narrow tires (245/40, etc) on rolled/pulled fenders. So, it can be done, but takes work. Take some measurements, including flares if that's what you want, and plug them into this website (with your desired setup).

https://www.willtheyfit.com/

If you care about what happens to your car at super low offsets, read up on scrub radius and the like from very smart Nasioc members.

And IMO, that looks like garbage.

Perfect example of someone getting an idea off the internet and doing zero research before buying parts.

The front fenders are kind of silly unless you can find something matching for the rear. There is a ton of room up front even without rolling.

The rear on the hand needs lots of help.

What has this poor car done to you!?!

Roads are not flat enough in MA for something like this.

hey guys i got a newb question for you all. so i have a 2018 sti with stock tires and rims and i was wondering if there are any fitment issues like rubbing and any other fun things that come with lowering your car. i really want to go with a set of swift spec r lowering springs. but fear the 19" rim may be to much for that. any insight on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

You won't rub on oem wheels/tires. I had 20mm spacers on my '18 STi lowered with HKS coilovers and I didn't rub, so you'll be fine.

Default Aligment Suggestions

Looking for Alignment suggestions on my 15 WRX. I've been driving my vehicle on wedssport 72R's 17x9/42 offset. Tires 245/45/17 on eibach lowering springs with white line rear control arms and Whiteline front camber bolts.
Don't know if it's my alignment but I notice my vehicle pull to the right a bit and feel some play in the steering wheel. Usually feel instability during windy conditions driving over 50mph. Aligment sheet on hyperlink.

OK so I've read alot of this thread but I haven't found any answers.

My suspension is mostly stock. The only mod is Racecomp RCE yellows. I had my stock BBS wheels on with 20mm spacers effectively making it a 18 x 8.5 +35 offset. This was fine until I replaced my stock tires with a set of Hankook RS3'S 245/40/18. These tires were apparently quite a bit more square and rubbed the fenders over bumps with passengers in the back, so I had to remove them.

My question is now, if I go to an aftermarket wheel what am I looking for that won't require fender rolling. I'm looking at 18 x 9.5 +40 but I think I'll be in the same boat. My thoughts are I have to stick with a 18 x 9 +40 (which still may be close) or a 18 x 9.5 +45 which is a rare size. The only other thing I can see as a fix is some rear let's and some camber. Can anyone chime in here?

18x9.5 +40-45 with 255/35 (+45 is not a rare size, very common with people running 275's)
