I couldn't find a thread started for this on the Tri-State section so I guess I'd give it a shot.

I understand that the meet is a little bit more than 2 months away, but I feel we should start getting a list together.

All the Jersey folks should get together and caravan to the WBM.

Here's the LINK for tickets!

If we meet early enough I could have a planned out road that'll add some fun factor to this drive!

Let's start signing up!

1. quickshot
2. Jive Turkey
3. fearnoevol
4. sedonawrx02
5. Mitchyy
6. xXRaMpAgEXx
7. Rex_BoostNY
8. swish04RS
9. 8B8BB88B
10. njtank
11. kennyyu
12. Wick3dRSTi
13. wrx.nicole
14. etc (lol)

....

The meetup location will be Ikea in Paramus NJ
LINK TO MEETUP SPOT

We'll be leaving the location around 6:00AM, so try to be there as early as possible.

We'll be meeting up with the Danbury CT guys around 7:15, so we should have an awesome turnout!

If you guys have any questions you could text or call me (9 o 8) 4 9 4 - 3 8 2 4

Quote:
Things to note about the ride-alongs:
- In order to ride you must have long sleeve shirts, long pant, no open
toe shoes
- It'd help if you have your own helmet but they will have some to loan
- You'll listen to a 10 minute 'classroom' lesson before getting in a
car (worth it!)
- Rides are first come first serve and race cars break! Get in line early!
- The car you ride in is the luck of the draw. There are only two full
blown race cars and there is a chance one of the two cars you ride in
won't be one of them. Plus, they break.
- No matter what you ride in, it's going to be STUPID FAST AND STUPID FUN.

Thanks!

I got my tickets a few days ago (including the race ticket to see what that's like)

I'll be leaving Sat morning and coming back at night since I have work the next day

All we have to do it set up a solid meet-up point now to have everything down pat!

the best meet up would probably be a rest area on the nj tpk?

it says about 3 and a half hours from me (171 miles). i'm in central jersey(edison)

I thought you were driving from Russia :P.
I remember you from the grease truck meetup....I'm from Linden (central jersey as well)
I guess when there are enough people signed up we'll make the meetup spot official. But yeah, a rest area on the tpk would be ideal

We all took our cars without A/C last year, and Sen didn't even have power steering either.

And everything in between. It's too big to postpone or cancel, so you gotta roll with whatever.

Yeah. Last year was really wet and foggy, but still a good time. We're also gutted out, but Jake gets the point.

5 hour drive to a rained out meet...then drive home?

Really not my idea of fun.

I am tempted by chris, seneca, and vincent though.
